<span lang="EN-US">Gingivitis is a disease that can be caused by the buildup of bacteria and plaque leftover food. This attack anyone, especially children who are not aware maintaining dental oral health. study aims to build optimize classification analysis model for diagnosis Gingivitis. The was built using artificial neural network (ANN) method which optimized fuzzy logic multiple linear regression (MRL) method. Optimization with develop pattern rules in detection. MRL also used as process measuring patterns ensure analytical presents maximum results. results indicate optimization methods provides excellent output. These based on output provide 40 rules. present level correlation each variable significant having an average value 94.2%. Based this study, contributes maximizing diagnosing Gingivitis.</span>
